However, and notwithstanding the foregoing, an idea has been floating around in my mind for months with the premise that <strong>\u201ccompanies do not create jobs\u201d<\/strong>, and although it sounds crazy or illogical at first, and as a result of delving into the statement, it is that I have become even more convinced of it.<\/p>\n<p>To obtain the answer of whether the premise is correct or not, we must solve some previous questions\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What are companies?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A company (whatever its activity) is born with the aim of satisfying a market need, specific or general, there is always one to solve. As a result of this, of its administration, innovation, differentiation, marketing and other factors, some grow and stand out more than others. <strong>This is what we call free market competition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job generation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In practice, it is the companies that hire people to carry out the activities to which they are dedicated, so, under this statement, the premise of our title<strong> &quot;Companies do not create jobs&quot; is not logical, right?...<\/strong> Well, apparently it is. But let&#039;s keep digging into it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Let&#039;s take an example<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There are two companies that are born in a sector with equal conditions, for example; a pizzeria and a hamburger restaurant, both hire their staff and start selling their products, however, due to various factors that are not important in this case, the pizzeria prospers more, hires more employees, has more customers, opens new branches, and therefore the opposite, the hamburger restaurant; it fails and is gradually forced to close its doors.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>So, what can we conclude?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>One company prospered and hired more employees;<strong> the company created jobs.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe other company failed, had to dismiss its staff and close its doors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So, here is the point of my analysis:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>It is the consumers who create the jobs.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Regardless of whether one company or another grows, the generation of jobs will depend on consumers, whether they hire or buy the products or services of said company, then,<strong> Why do we raise this topic in this article?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As we have analysed, and following the premise that it is not companies that generate jobs, <strong>but the consumers themselves<\/strong>, it is necessary for a company to be successful and grow in a sustained and scalable manner over time, to innovate, stand out and implement a high quality standard in all its operational procedures, having customer satisfaction as the center of all actions. operations, since the success or failure of our organizations will depend on them.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of everything previously exposed and understood in this analysis, it is that in <strong>Grupotech<\/strong> We have implemented solid policies and quality standards, continuously safeguarding the interests and objectives of our clients, seeking that they, through us, can continue to grow and project themselves towards their market, differentiating themselves from their competitors, and consequently, grow and not get stuck in the sector in which they operate.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Digitization as a new differentiation factor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Today, and on stage <em>post<\/em> pandemic, the need for digitization has accelerated and with it, today&#039;s companies have the obligation to digitize, automate and improve processes that deliver value to their customers, all this, in order to achieve loyalty, generate value of brand and a great differentiation with respect to its competitors. Sin embargo, y sin perjuicio de lo anterior, hace meses viene rondando una idea en mi mente con la premisa de que \u00ablas empresas no generan empleos\u00bb, y aunque suene descabellado o il\u00f3gico en un inicio, y producto de profundizar en la afirmaci\u00f3n, es que me he ido convenciendo a\u00fan m\u00e1s de ella. Para obtener la respuesta de si la premisa es correcta o no, debemos resolver algunas cuestiones previas&#8230; \u00bfQu\u00e9 son las empresas? Una empresa (cualquiera sea su actividad) nace con el objetivo de satisfacer una necesidad de mercado, espec\u00edfica o general, siempre hay una que solventar. Producto de ello, de su administraci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n, diferenciaci\u00f3n, marketing y otros factores, es que unas crecen y se destacan m\u00e1s que otras. Es a lo que llamamos competitividad de libre mercado. Generaci\u00f3n del empleo En la pr\u00e1ctica, son las empresas quienes contratan a las personas para ejecutar las actividades a las que \u00e9sta se dedica, entonces, bajo esta afirmaci\u00f3n, la premisa de nuestro t\u00edtulo \u00abLas empresas no generan empleos\u00bb carece de l\u00f3gica, \u00bfno?&#8230; Pues, aparentemente es as\u00ed. Pero sigamos indagando en ello. Pongamos un ejemplo Existen dos empresas que nacen en un sector con iguales condiciones, por ejemplo; una pizzer\u00eda y una hamburgueser\u00eda, ambas contratan su personal y comienzan a vender sus productos, sin embargo, por diversos factores que no tienen importancia en el caso, la pizzer\u00eda prospera m\u00e1s, contrata m\u00e1s empleados, tiene m\u00e1s clientes, abre nuevas sucursales, y por el contrario, la hamburgueser\u00eda; fracasa y paulatinamente se ve obligada a cerrar sus puertas. Entonces.., \u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos concluir?\u00a0 Una empresa prosper\u00f3 y contrat\u00f3 m\u00e1s empleados; la empresa gener\u00f3 empleos. La otra empresa fracas\u00f3, tuvo que desvincular a su personal y cerrar sus puertas. Entonces, he aqu\u00ed el punto de mi an\u00e1lisis:\u00a0 Son los consumidores los que generan el empleo.\u00a0 Indiferente de que una empresa u otra crezca, la generaci\u00f3n de los empleos depender\u00e1 de los consumidores, de que \u00e9stos contraten o compren los productos o servicios de dicha empresa, entonces, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 planteamos este tema en el presente art\u00edculo?\u00a0 Como hemos analizado, y siguiendo la premisa de que no son las empresas las que generan los empleos, sino que los propios consumidores, es necesario, para que una empresa obtenga el \u00e9xito, y crezca de manera sostenida y escalable en el tiempo, innove, se destaque e implemente un alto est\u00e1ndar de calidad en todos sus procedimientos operacionales, teniendo la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente como centro de todas las operaciones, ya que, de \u00e9stos depender\u00e1 el \u00e9xito o el fracaso de nuestras organizaciones.
